Mental Health Resilience for Firefighters and First Responders
Do you struggle to relax after work? Are you noticing that you feel fatigued and depleted, unable to recharge? This training is designed to help you understand what your nervous system needs after a difficult call, a long shift, or back-to-back calls. Gain a deeper understanding of what your body is telling you and what strategies you can use to self-regulate the nervous system (along with brain and body).
