Kundalini Meditation
Are you interested in raising your healing capacity with the energetic practice of Kundalini Meditation? The meditation includes the use of all senses: focusing you attention with the eyes, the use of mudra engages the sense of touch, and mantra uses sound to channel energy in the body.
